Mother Earth had a little crick in her neck this morning at about 4:30 AM. I can appreciate that, everyone gets a crick in their neck from time to time. She however, deemed it appropriate to adjust the kink out right underneath our bed, or so it felt!
Wade and I were startled awake by our bed shaking pretty good, once we came too, we realized the entire house and everything else in it was shaking too. We looked at eachother like, "What the heck?" What is going on? Did a truck just ram into our house or this an earthquake? It lasted about a minute, and wasn't powerful enough to do any damage or cause injury, just enough to make your heart skip a beat or two.
We have since learned that it's 'epi-center' was a little ways away in Southern Illinois and her kink release registered at 5.2 on the Richter... we had second little tremor this morning about 10AM, perhaps Mother Earth settling back into her slumber. I'd like to leave her that way.

Scary! I have only been in one earthquake and it definitely makes your heart skip a beat or two!! Glad you and your house is all okay!
Re: the stroller... The brand is UppaBaby and the stoller is called Vista. The website is www.uppababy.com -- check it out! I have love Love LOVED my stroller. I got the green one. I also bought the attachment for the PegPerego carseat (its what is attachted to the stoller in the pictures). Its so convenient to be able to snap your infant seat on and go.
Like you said it is bugaboo-ish without being the bugaboo and it is a little sturdier. I highly recommend it! The site has a search where you can locate stores that carry it so you can see it in person.
I scoured every corner of the internet for baby stuff because I am SOOOOOO picky! I go into babies-r-us and about vomit with all the plaid ans ruffles and choo-choos. If you need any other recommendations for gear just ask... I spent so many hours searching!
Have fun shopping for baby stuff! SOOOOO much fun!

"T"! It's really you! I was just sitting here avoiding brushing my teeth, surfing Whitt's blog and I see a link for "Katelyn & Wade" and it accidentally redirected me to your blog! how funny is that?! I will have to let Whittney know she has it wrong. I just think it is fate that it was really you. You are darling...congrats on the baby. I hope you are well.
