Things to NOT say to a pregnant woman

Do me a favor and don't ever say any of these things to anyone:

1. Whoa, you're going to explode!

2. Oh wow, see I would have thought you were like 2 weeks away, I mean your stomach is just so out there!

3. Oh gosh, you don't even know what it's like to be pregnant until the last two weeks.

4. 6 weeks still, ugh, that's a really long way to go.

5. Oh my! You are going to have a baby any second!

6. How many ya got in there? 1, 2, 3?

Try maybe:

1. Oh, you look just darling.

2. Oh, how exciting!

3. Oh my gosh, you're tiny!

4. You are just all belly! Never thought I'd see the day when I took that one as a compliment!

Or maybe, how about you just say nothing at all? And just look at that pregnant woman and smile and talk to her as if she is a normal person?

you look fantastic! Don't people know that pregnant women are on the verge anyway? That is the verge of hurting anyone who gets in their way!

sister, are you tired of being a pregnant lady these days? I want you to have a little baby soon, not because you look like a house but because I want to see what she looks like!!

How about, "Wow, you look TIRED." That was always a favorite of mine. Or, "Boy, you really popped out fast this time." People can be clueless, can't they? We are excited for you guys. I bet you are so anxious!! We are so excited to meet Baby H.

My favorite was AFTER, I had Mya people still asked me when I was due. Now that one is enough to send you over :) Get excited.
You look great! Cody and I can't wait to hear when she arrives.

Frustrating I know, but you are beautiful! Despite how you feel today, it will be over soon and someone will most likely exclaim "What a beautiful baby boy!"(even though she is wearing all pink with a bow in her hair) - yes this happened to me.
Keep Pace and Peace!

I still think you fabulous in every picture I have seen. You have managed to find cute pregnant clothes and your hair is shiny and you seem so happy. You look wonderful - can't wait to see the little one.
BTW - Bella is still missing Chloe - Ben just isn't the same.

What about "have you looked under the hood yet?"
