Tessa and I broke free of the house a few times this week and went on some fun outings. She loves car rides and being out and about!
On Wednesday we went visited Daddy at the office. We had lunch with him and then introduced Tessa to much of the office, I think it was the most fun the office had had all week!

Tessa rubbing elbows with the hospital big wigs! She made quite the impression!A day or so later we ventured to Fashion Island to get some fresh air. We shopped and had lunch with Tessa's friend Luke, she was not a very exciting date as you can see...but that's ok. We don't want her getting the reputation of being an exciting date.
Today we just took it easy at home while I caught up on some house work. I love being a mom. I am still getting used to the fact that it takes 3 times as long to do anything, everything just seems to be more of a process! We're getting better, I'm getting a better handle on how long it takes to do certain tasks, how I can hurry one thing along, or eliminate another. I just don't want to be one of those annoying moms that forces everyone to adjust their schedule because I can't get it together! We'll get there!
Just relaxin' after bath time. So dang cute. I think I kiss her about 400 times a day!

She is so stinkin cute! Glad you are enjoying Motherhood, sometimes it can be a trip, but most of the time it is just amazing!
oh my gosh you guys...she is so darling. her face is like this tiny little doll! she is so cute. it will be so fun to meet her. you guys look like your doing awesome.
I hear ya with things taking 3 times as long... I still haven't moved past that point! And you just need friends with kids and they understand 150% when your schedule is jacked.
Oh and run all the errands and take all the trips you can now... later they aren't so great in the car and at the mall. I miss those days of sleeping no matter where we were or what we were doing. I went places every day. And car trips are a cinch because they just sleep like a charm.
She is so darling... keep posting pictures. And give her a kiss from us! :)
