A Potential Equivalent?

I think Wade has found his California skiing equivalent. Let me make that clear...it's an equivalent, not a replacement. Suggesting that skiing has been replaced might upset the snow gods and would minimize Wade's love of all things winter and I want not to do either of those things. Surfing has become a Saturday morning and sometimes Thursday evening tradition, he really digs it.

All ready to catch waves in San Clemente with Nate and Aaron.

See, doesn't he look happy?
On their way out...looks pretty chilly to me!

Not great waves tonight, but a good time nonetheless. I am so glad Wade has found a new 'something' that he enjoys. He can't wait to graduate from the long board to the short board...to have his own board really. I can't wait until spring when I think I'll give it a try myself.

Looks chilly to me too, I'd wait until spring. So fun that you guys live in a place where you can learn to surf.

Oh San Clemente!!! Just a hope skip and a jump from where the beach house is! I love that place and I am totally jealous that you live right there by it.

Surfs up Wade!! Ski or die!!
