Christmas 2008. Tessa's first. So white. So quintessentially Christmas. Cold, yet cozy. Toboggans, oh what fun, the toboggan. The Chute. The Polaris. Snowshoeing through the forest...to find a tree AND to eat in a yurt. Tessa's first babysitters. "O Christmas Tree." Cousins and tutus. The annual talent show = Gramps in tights. True. Skiing, glorious skiing. Cooper skiing. Cookies for Santa and apples for his reindeer. Sourdough pancakes make a reappearance. Someone else makes a disappearance. Total bummer. Tutz a little upset we didn't scan more pictures. Should've learned how to scan the pictures. Tutz watching the grandkids, alot, and being very good at it. Hot tub. Synchronized swimming. Running a few miles in snow. Should've taken a photo of that. Aunt Lindsay and Uncle Boogs. GREAT auntie and uncle. Hot apple cider. Snow angels. The lake slowly freezing. Coop and Dent's bobsled track off the back deck. Fun. Movies. Beanbags. Tess in snow. So much snow. Sorels and feet warmers. AB's hot pink gloves. Hooch. "Tiggle, tiggle". Christmas morning. Settlers of Catan. Fire in the fireplace. Almost constantly. S0 great. Nearly perfect. Just right.
