My mom keeps saying it's like a blink. You see, I used to be this small.
Still cute. That's for sure. I weigh 17 lbs 4 oz and I'm 27 inches long. Apparently still on the mini side. I am making all sorts of noise. I can say mama (I usually say it in context), wawa, baba, yaya, ooooh ooohh (also in context), aaahhhh, and uhhh. I am VERY funny and can be pretty silly.
Here are some things I love:
*Other babies, kids and dogs, I make this clear by making my ooooh, oooh sound and flapping my arms.
*That's something else I like, flapping my arms.
*Food, especially fruit, ESPECIALLY strawberries, and pasta. I'll eat veggies but sometimes have to be tricked. I can pick up little puffies and snacks, my mama thinks my little fingers are so cute when I do this.
*Books. I really like my pop-ups and lift the flap books. I will play with my board books all by myself on the floor sometimes.
*Music. Whenever I hear it, I have a little bounce and head nod move I've been working on.
*Standing up. See? I got a little walker and have been practicing my steps. I am getting pretty good at moving around the ottoman too.
*Baths. Now these are majorly fun! I love my tubby toys and floating on my back while my hair gets washed.
*Being outside. I don't care what it is I'm doing outside, I just like it. I have ever since I was brand new, I think I always will.
There are also a few things I DO NOT love:
*Crawling or anything that looks like it. I mean, I guess I don't hate it, I just don't get it and frankly don't really care.
*When mom or dad leave the room. Where did you guys go? Get back here!
*When my 'Pop goes the weasel toy' pops and I'm not ready for it. Nearly scares the pants right off me.
*The sun in my eyes.
*Sleeping in. My parents think this is CA-RAZY! What can I say, I'm ready to start my day!
Other big news? I got my first toothy last week. That's not exactly fun, but it looks cute popping up in my little mouth.

She is just too freakin' cute. I can't believe she's walking already too. That's amazing. Happy 9 month birthday Tess!

Yeah for Tessa! You have grown so fast, and you are quite the adorable little lady. Mya is very jealous of your walker, she thinks it is very cute.
Oh Tessie, you are not old. But you are growing and changing too fast. I can't wait to see you! I hope you flap your arms and smile when you see us. I love you!
