1. Temple worship. I don't do this enough but when I do it revives, refreshes and renews. I'm grateful for the blessings that come with attendance.
2. Relief Society meetings (a gathering of the woman folk at church once a month). It's nice to be surrounded by other women all striving to do better. Better at being faithful, being moms, wives, and citizens.
3. That this weekend is finally arriving. We have been planning and thinking and gearing up for this weekend since November 22nd of 2008. It's so exciting that it's finally here.
4. That Wade's body has remained healthy and injury free, allowing him to train and prepare nearly without incident. It is so astounding to me what we can train our minds and bodies to accomplish with patience, care and time.
5. My body. It's not competing in an Ironman on Sunday, but it does great things too. It allows me to run miles and miles and hike and ski down mountains, but more importantly it functions at full capacity and allows me to carry and nurture a baby,and then take care of my baby and family, what a miracle.
