The week after we blessed Bode the entire Hunt clan headed to San Diego for a week of fun and family. I was so lousy at taking pictures to prove we had a good time, so you're just going to have to take my word for it.
We stayed in Escondido, and while a little off the beaten path, was a great little condo complex, with grass for kids to run around and an awesome pool. From home base in Escondido we traveled to Disneyland, Carlsbad, Oceanside and Encinitis. Tessa had the time of her life following her cousins around. She idolizes Morgan. We can get to do/wear nearly anything if we say Morgan does/wears it. And we do.
Bode was loved on by everyone, especially his Aunt Rian and Wade and I enjoyed catching up with siblings, riding "big kid" rides at Disneyland and resting in the Cabana (although I am afraid it will be a solid 6 years or so before I can REALLY rest and read a magazine in the cabana). It was a great week.

We told her if she was a nice, happy girl at Disneyland all day she could earn a princess dress. She went with her dad at the end of the day to pick it out. You'd have thought she'd died and gone to Heaven.
We ate at Goofy's Kitchen to escape the heat and meet some characters. Peter was our favorite, he was hysterical and danced with us.

What a fun time! Every girl should have a princess dress sometime in her life. Tessa looks darling. Bode looks so long in your front pack! Tell him to stop growing so fast!
