Our fun didn’t end after Disneyland. As I said, we had 3 more weeks than we thought we were going to have with dad, so we were able to squeeze in some more.
Such as, a few more weekends at the beach:
Bode underwent surgery for removal of adenoids and insertion of tubes. This wasn’t particularly a good time, Wade took him and was with him in surgery that day. I’m so glad he was around for it.
Wade and I grabbed one more Angels game. We do love our American summers at the ball park.
Wade grabbed a last round of golf with Markie.
Dad and Bode spent several early mornings together when Bode would decide that 6:00 was a perfectly acceptable time to rise.
Wade learned all about play dates and took Tessa and Kendyl to the pool. I know Tessa’s hat struggles, she thought it looked good. Whatever.
We sold the Saab. This was kind of a sad day for me when she drove away. 10 years in that car. Lots of good memories.
Then the Visa finally arrived and it was time to say goodbye. I could get used to having a husband around all the time.

Sister you look so pretty in the pic at the Angel's game! Bode looks delicious! I can't wait for him to come and play.
I'm with Linds, you look great. I'm so glad the visa took so long and you got in a lot of Daddy time before you had to be apart so long. I hope it's going ok so far. Sounds hard babe. But I think you're pretty darn good with hard things. Thanks for the comment about Tate. Sometimes it just helps to know that my kiddo isn't crazy and others are talented tantrum throwers as well.
