The rest of the country doesn't celebrate, but that doesn't mean we won't. We made the day exist with decor, pink waffles, pink syrup, pink whipped cream and love ballads at breakfast. Which we then chased with a Valentine tea party for Tessa and her friends where they brunched, made Valentines, decorated cupcakes and filled goody bags. That afternoon Wade showed me true love and sent me to a spa. Three days later Valentine candy showed up in the supermarkets. After watching this happen at Thanksgiving and Christmas, I am convinced it is no accident, but instead one of the Kingdoms ways of sticking to the infidels. Drives me batty.
That aside, love is alive and well in Saudi.

You still throw a great party. Great decorations. You are a creative and fun Mom. Tessa and Bode are going to remember what a fun and creative mom they had growing up. Don't burn out before they hit the teen years. They will want their friends to go to your parties.
Are those your dad's glasses that wade is wearing? Stylin
You throw a great celebration, my friend.
