The weekend before Christmas Wade got wind of a Fancy Nancy party happening at Niemen Marcus. Being the awesome dad that he is, he called to register her and her dad and took her up to Newport for a Fancy afternoon. Tessa has loved Fancy Nancy books for the past year. She can finish most lines in most books and lately, she seems to have picked up a liking to Nancy’s fashion sense. A new book recently came out and the author is on a signing tour, she was to be at the Niemen’s party, and read the new book. Tessa was pretty excited to say the least.

All the Fancies got juice, cookies and practiced walking with banana’s on their heads, just like in the new book, because, you know, that’s how models practice their posture.

We hope she will manage ok when she has to let some blue into her bedroom.
