We planned a lunch at Ariel’s grotto. Seeing as how Saudi Arabia is where scantily clad Disney princesss go to die we though we’d let Tessa live out her American girl dream. It did not disappointment. A racket? Yes. Average food? Yes. Worth every penny? Yes.
My favorite quote of the day, “Mom! I can’t believe all these princess’s love me!” Her favorite? Snow White. Naturally.
Even Bode enjoyed the fancy dress and high pitched shriek extravaganza. Or rather, he enjoyed Belle. I almost fell off my chair watching him. She walked up and and talked to Tessa and then walked away and he literally didn’t know what to do with himself.
Hy-freaking-sterical.
Ok. Or a churro.
Or the parade. I would rather watch Bode and Tessa watch the parade than the actual parade, any day of the week.
We ended the night at the World of Color show. Impressive, but entirely too long. Especially with tired kids.
We had such a good time (and Dad was still around) we decided to go back a week later.
Bode’s faves this go around were: Winnie the Pooh and the Teacups
There’s that dang cotton candy again!
And one last round on Tessa’s favorite. Here’s to hoping it really is a ‘small world after all’.

So fun you got to go twice. I know it's a racket but Disneyland is still magic. They probably wont' remember it but you have pictures and blog to prove that they've been there. Katelyn your hair is getting so long! It looks darling.
Bode was adorable in the parade video and he has the float wave down!
