Home for the Holidays

We had a busy, fun filled trip home for the Christmas holiday, below are some of the highlights!

We went skiing Christmas Eve at Alta, we ate at the new Collins Grill for lunch and enjoyed these blessed slippers that replaced our ski boots for an hour!

Later we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's for Christmas Eve dinner. Natalie had organized an activity of sorts... constructing sleds out of candy and then racing them down the stairs. Wade was the champion! I was able to get a photo of the winning sleigh, but unfortunately didn't get the victory dance that occurred shortly thereafter.

After G & G's we headed back to my parents house. Tutz cooked up this crazy idea that we should start a tradition of a Christmas Eve talent show. I thought she'd completely gone off her rocker and then...I participated and spectated and I must say, it will be a tradition enjoyed by all for years to come.

Wade's interpretive dance to "Silent Night"

Boogs: Guess which movie character I am. I very nearly fell of my chair in a fit of laughter

Harrie and Tutz musical duet...

My singing while playing C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S, not going to lie, I was fairly funny.

We spent Christmas morning nestled in the basement at the Hunts. It was fun to watch the kids parade in with all their new surprises from Santa.

Morgan got an American Girl doll, she is trying out her new American Girl horse for size! They have the COOLEST stuff for those dolls now! It's amazing!

Wade trying to convince Gavin that the cowboy get-up he got from Grandma really is cool!

We spent the rest of our days skiing, relaxing, catching up with family and friends, getting re- addicted to '24'. It was a 'white christmas', who doesn't love that??

Good memories from Christmas 2007!

It is about stinking time you come out of hiding! Loved the pics- I can't decide if the one of wade's dance or ben in his get-up is better...

I enjoyed the "White Christmas" as well. I wish we could have ran into you guys sometime while we were both in UT... oh well. It looks like you had a great holiday! Ours wasn't too shabby either... always nice to be with the fam-dam-ily for Christmas! :)

Congrats on the good news about SoCal!! We are there every summer... you will have to stop by the beach house and say hello! :)

Thanks for the great pics... LOVED them (especially the talent show!! What a great idea!)
